Festival International de Chants Chorals et Groupes Musicaux de Lomé- Togo

1°) EHLOME 2011 will be exceptional world groupings of all the talents in all their diversity. Those who can participate in Ehlomé 2011 must receive an invitation from the organization committee, those who will confirm their candidacy at from 15 October 2009 and not later than the 30 June 2010 and also those who responds to musical criteria. The mixed choirs: men, women, children must not exceed thirty (30) singers. The application form of participation should be written attached to the form accompany by the following documents:

• the history of the group and the head of the choir
• the resound documents such as C.D; cassettes; audio or video; secam or D.V.D
• two recent colorful pictures of the choir

2°) The Festival n is not a contest
Our festival is a global gathering of exceptional choirs in all their diversity. They are also meetings between the peoples and cultures. Nevertheless we dercernons the trophy of the Festival to the best participation. This trophy is awarded by the whole of Masters of Choirs present at the Festival.


3°) The festival will last for eight days (May 2011) in Lomé, Togo.The different choirs must stay until the end of the festival. The participation of group programmes (shows and workshops) are compulsory .

4°) The selection will be conducted during the third quarter 2010 and the choirs chosen will be immediately informed. The selection will be based on resound documents, videos and the group references, giving privilege to originality, sensibility, the quality of the voice, cultural demonstrations of the country represented.

All the styles are accepted: classics, contemporary, folklore, sacred music, variety, stage productions, corporal expressions and instrumental. The choirs chosen have until end of October 2010 to confirm their participation. The festival will maintain a permanent contact, if possible by e-mail with every chosen choir for exchange of interactive information e-mail: ehlome2011@ajasculture.com
