Festival International de Chants Chorals et Groupes Musicaux de Lomé- Togo

Regulation of the International Festival of Song Chorals and musical group.

1° . Can participate in this Festival on invitation of the Committee of organization, the chorus which have made application from 15 October 2009 and not later than the 30 June 2010 and have responded to the criteria of quality music.
The chorus mixed, men, women or children will be composed of a maximum than 30 singers.
The request for participation must be written in the middle of the form attached, accompanied by the following documents:

• A history of the Group and the Leader of choir.
• Audio documents: CD, audio or video cassettes/Secam/ or DVD.
• 2 Photos recent colors of the chorale

2° . The Festival n is not a contest
Our festival is a global gathering of exceptional choirs in all their diversity. They are also meetings between the peoples and cultures. Nevertheless we dercernons the trophy of the Festival to the best participation. This trophy is awarded by the whole of Masters of Choirs present at the Festival.

3°. The Festival has a duration of eight days, and will be held in the month of May 2011. The chœurs are required to be present dice the opening in accordance with the program drawn up and up to the closing ceremony.
Participation in the whole of the program is mandatory.

4°. The selection will be conducted during the third quarter 2010
The chorus will be quickly informed. Selection will occur from audio and visual materials, references of the groups in focusing the originality, sensitivity, the voice quality, the cultural expression of the country represented. All styles are admitted: contemporary, folklore, classic, sacred music, variety. We are sensitive to chœurs with a varied program with possibly's body expression and instrumental.
The chorus selected will have until end of October 2010 to confirm their participation.
The festival will maintain a permanent contact, if possible by e-mail with each choir selected for an exchange of information interactive.

5°. All the chorus will occur in Lomé and in other locations in the region according to the official program of concerts and animations.
The Festival reserves the possibility of recording, film, all or part of the different events during the festival, and to use without having to pay any right or retribution to choruses.

6°. The transport costs, the country of origin to Lomé are the responsibility of choirs participants. Transport in the city of Lomé of participants is at the burden of the festival.

7°. The chorus selected benefit of stay free during the duration of the festival. They are received and hosted by the Festival. The accommodations and meals are provided during the whole festival.

8°. Each choir must be accompanied by a journalist or a qualified representative of the press, radio, television of the city, of the region or country represented. They will be taken over by the festival and must send their articles or records in the Festival as and extent of their publication
