The music, supreme art of all the time, remains our common language of love. It rings out to inform the great world news saved by history. From the voice of angels to the voice of men, it continues to ring out, bringing peace and convey to men of good will. It remains then the powerful then the powerful medium of our mobilization for a lasting peace on earth.

EHLOME 2011 will be a musical manifestation of higher levels which is aimed at various musical organization trends. For this edition 2011, the festival will regroup three category of participation:

1°) The Choirs and Great Vocal Chorus Group. It is the category of Great polyphonic group which contains at least four (04) voices such as treble, alto, tenor, and base.

2°) Brass Band and Instrumental Groups. Belongs to this category, the instrumental groups and various instrumental combinations that devote to the performance in concert of classical, popular, and contemporary works. It is about the instrumental polyphonic.

3°) Orchestra and Musical Groups. Belonging to this category, the instrumentalist groups participate in the performance of songs like concert on life with the help of modern instruments traditional amplified instruments.
